

Since 1981 Bill Ray has been intrigued with computers. Starting out on a Radio Shack TRS 80 (Trash80 as it's affectionately known) then moving into a Texas Instruments Ti-994a, he and some friends programmed a game in BASIC language. All before the age of 13.
In 1996 BR discovered a love for the internet and website construction; for him it's the perfect medium in which to create "functional art".

Sarah Little brings solid project management experience to the Oceansites team. Having been involved in the development of the initial communication and oil spill response systems when working for Marine Spill Response Corporation, Sarah can quickly assess a situation and deploy a solution that is both practical and economical. Such attention to detail was put to use with her involvement in the development and release of RedXTracker software while working for Shainin (www.shainin.com).
